Returns and complaints

All payments will be made in euros. The amount charged to your credit card account is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate of the credit card association. The buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase (submission of an online order). The buyer is informed of the Terms and Conditions of Purchase by submitting each order, and by submitting an order, he confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions.

Online ticket purchases are irrevocable

Before confirming the order, the buyer is obliged to carefully check all purchase information (date and amount of purchase, type of ticket, quantity of tickets, etc.). After purchasing tickets, which are made in the online store immediately after clicking on “Payment”, changes to the purchase or cancellation of the purchase are no longer possible. In the event of failure to arrive at the scheduled time, we will not refund the money for the ticket already purchased, but you can use it within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Legal basis for excluding the right to unilaterally terminate the contract

According to Art.86. § 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 19/22, 59/23), the Consumer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract from this section if:

12. the subject of the contract is the provision of accommodation services that are not intended for residence, the provision of goods transport services, vehicle rental services, catering services or leisure-related services, if it is agreed that the service will be provided on a specific date or in a specific period
